BOOKING POLICY


BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. 

Bookings are scheduled a minimum 1 hour in advance. For appointments needed sooner than 1 hour, please text, accommodations may be available.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS:

ONLINE BOOKING REQUIRED


NEW CLIENTS: $20 DEPOSIT REQUIRED VIA ZELLE OR APPLEPAY FOR APPT BALANCES $35+.

Appointment will be cancelled if deposit is not sent within 24 hours of booking. 

Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and applied day of service.


Booking requires credit/debit cards to reserve appointment in the event an appointment is missed without proper notification to either cancel or reschedule. No charges will occur until appointment checkout, which then acceptable payment methods listed below will be taken. 


Package Deals may be purchased and applied at appointment checkout. NON REFUNDABLE once purchased. Cancellation/Rescheduling/No show policies for Package Deal appointments are strictly enforced and visit will be deducted from package.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING & NO SHOW'S:

I understand things happen that are sometimes out of our control. Accommodations will not be made if the 

following time periods are reached and 100% of services will be charged.


CANCELLATIONS are required at least 24 HOURS prior to scheduled appointment. 


RESCHEDULES may be requested between 12 - 24 HOURS prior to scheduled appointment, but they must be made within 7 days. 

Once rescheduled, no further changes may be made to the reservation. If further changes are needed, you will be charged 100% of the services and will require a new appointment.


NO SHOW'S will be charged 100% for all services scheduled. Future appointments will require PREPAYMENT.


Policy violations will require prepayment after second offense.

LATE POLICY:

There is a 10 minute late policy for appointments 30 minutes or longer.

There is a 5 minute late policy for appointments under 30 minutes.


Courtesy to the guest scheduled after you who is on time and expects to be serviced at their scheduled appointment, shortened service or a new booking will need to be scheduled. You will be charged 100% for appointment if a new booking is required.


When one person is late, it causes appointments to follow late as well. Please respect everyone's time :) Thank you !

IS IT THAT TIME OF THE MONTH ?

You may still be serviced for intimate areas while on your Menstrual Cycle, with the exception of using a Tampon during your appointment. In the event bodily fluids (Blood) become present, your service will be ended at that time. Depending on how far into the service we have reached, you will be charged accordingly.

ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS & FEES


CASH, ZELLE or APPLE PAY (415-917-8004) ARE ACCEPTABLE PAYMENTS WITHOUT TAXES OR FEES FOR SERVICES.


Debit/Credit cards on file will be used when cancellations, reschedules or no show's occur. A 3% charge will be added to cover transaction fees.


POLICY IS NON-NEGOTIABLE.
